Abhilashi University, located in Chailchowk, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, was established through the “Abhilashi University (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2014” by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. It is a government-recognized institution authorized to confer degrees as per Sections 2(f) and 22(1) of the UGC Act, 1956.
