The group was founded under the visionary leadership of Shri Purushottam Agarwal. Shri Vinod Kumar Agarwal joined the family business in 1980, playing a pivotal role in expanding its operations, while Shri Sanjay Kumar Agarwal entered the business in 1985, further contributing to its growth.
