Founded in 1993 in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University (MJRP University) is dedicated to promoting women’s education and empowerment. Named after the social reformer Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole, who championed women’s rights and education, the institution is committed to fostering social change for marginalized and disadvantaged communities.
Initially starting as a college focused on the arts, the university has expanded its offerings to include a variety of educational institutions, such as the MJRP College of Education, Ambassy Millennium Senior Secondary School, Ambassy School of Nursing, Human Resource College of Veterinary Science, MJRP College of Engineering & Technology, and MJRP College of Corporate Management. Established as a university in 2009, MJRP University occupies a sprawling 100-acre campus along the Jaipur-Delhi highway and has made significant progress in the educational sector in a relatively short time.
