SCB Medical College, formally known as Shri Ramachandra Bhanj Medical College, stands as one of the oldest and most prominent medical institutions in Odisha. Established in 1944, the college is affiliated with Utkal University and recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI). It offers a variety of courses, including MBBS at the undergraduate level, as well as MD, MS, and super-specialty programs at the postgraduate level.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission to SCB Medical College is highly competitive. For the MBBS program, candidates must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). Admission to postgraduate courses like MD, MS, and super-specialty programs (DM, MCh) requires candidates to clear the NEET-PG exam. The selection process is based on merit, with counseling conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).
