OPJS University
OPJS University, named after Om Parkash Jogender Singh, was established on August 2, 2013, under Act 16 of 2013 by the Honorable Governor of Rajasthan. The university is situated on a sprawling 32-acre campus surrounded by the picturesque Aravali Hills, providing a pollution-free, eco-friendly environment conducive to learning. The campus is designed to maintain ecological balance, ensuring that both flora and fauna are preserved.
With an emphasis on quality over quantity, OPJS University offers state-of-the-art instructional and infrastructural facilities. The campus includes residences for faculty and support staff, as well as accommodations for students. Transportation services are provided free of charge for day scholars, with regular bus services connecting the university to nearby railway and bus stations.
The central library is a key resource, housing approximately 100,000 books, including over 20,000 titles and reference materials. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled and equipped with smart classrooms to enhance the learning experience. To support students from rural backgrounds in developing communication skills, a language lab accommodating 150 students is available.
