About the University

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), established in 1998 through the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Act 13, is spread over an extensive 247-acre campus. The university is on its way to becoming a center of excellence in technical education, research, and innovation. Under its umbrella, RGPV governs:

• 5 University Teaching Departments (UTDs)
• 200 affiliated engineering colleges
• 98 pharmacy colleges
• 95 MCA colleges
• 4 architecture colleges
